Reproduction cast aluminum splitwindow hood handle		$75 ea.		This is a very nice REPRODUCTION splitwindow beetle front hood handle. It is cast from an original in aluminum. Looks almost identical to the original.
Pope's Nose brake light lens, red, Beetle 1948-1951		$24 ea.		An excellent reproduction in 1/16" thick red acrylic. The correct deep red color for the single brake light cars. NOTE: This is the inner lens that covers the brake light bulb and rests behind the clear lens that you can see plainly from outside the car.
Reproduction Bronze Plated ZAR Tag		$65 ea.		This is a Reproduction cast BRONZE ZAR tag. It has been polished out to a high shine and nickel plated for an original "chrome" plated look. It will not bend when the screws are installed. These are very nice tags.
Bakelite Ignition piece		$15 ea.		This is a reproduction piece cast in plastic that goes inside the ignition backing piece on a splitwindow dash pod. This part is often broken from forcing the key. Fit's perfect.
Ignition Backing piece		$30 ea.		This is a reproduction piece cast in plastic that goes behind the ignition switch on a splitwindow pod. This is often missing on used pods. Made of Shore D 80 grade plastic for durability but needs to have the contacts installed after soldering. This piece can be professionally installed by Zarwerks if needed for an extra charge. This part fits and works perfect.
Regular Dash pod Switches 49-52		$50 pr.		This is a reproduction switch cast in plastic that goes on a splitwindow pod. They have screws installed for easy assembly. This piece can be professionally installed by Zarwerks if needed for an extra charge. It is available in ivory, very dark brown, or black. This part fits and works perfect. Does not include contacts or springs.
Reproduction KDF Large dash pod switches		$120 pr.		This is a reproduction LARGE KDF switch cast in plastic that goes on a KDF or Kubelwagen pod. They have screws installed for easy assembly. This piece can be professionally installed by Zarwerks if needed for an extra charge. It is available in dark brown color. This part fits and works perfect. It can be retro-fitted to any splitwindow pod for a KDF look. Does not include contacts or springs.
Reproduction Ash Tray Knob		$25 ea.		This is a reproduction split window ash tray knob. It works and looks just like the original, just screw it on. now you can replace your cracked ash tray knob for only $20!
Dome Light Retaining Ring		$15 ea.		A nice reproduction retaining ring for a pre-52 round dome light. This is the identical shape and nickel plated for a long lasting bright finish.
Vintage Cloth Braided Spark Plug Wires Yellow		$75 Set		These are vintage cloth braided spark plug wires with a lacquer coating for your split window bug. Designed for use with a flat top distributor. Could be adapted for use in a standard distributor by adding distributor contacts. These have German Bosch red/orange connectors (slightly different from picture).
Vintage Cloth Braided Spark Plug Wires Orange		$75 Set		These are vintage cloth braided spark plug wires with a lacquer coating for your split window bug. Designed for use with a flat top distributor. Could be adapted for use in a standard distributor by adding distributor contacts. Vintage Cloth Braided Spark Plug Wires Black		$75 Set		These are vintage cloth braided spark plug wires with a lacquer coating for your split window bug. Designed for use with a flat top distributor. These have German Bosch red/orange connectors (slightly different from picture). These are what we have found to be the correct color according to published photos and diagrams.
J pipe flange		$7 ea.		J pipe flanges, laser cut to spec from 1/4 mild steel. These must be welded on to the end of the J pipe after they are installed in the forward half of the heaterbox. Note: Due to ovality variances in the J pipes, the inner bore in these flanges may need to be ground slightly with a round grindstone prior to fitting on out J pipes.
25/36hp heater box restoration kit, two J-pipes, two flanges.		$75 ea kit		J pipes and flanges for both sides of the engine. For 25 and 36 hp engines. Will not fit 40 hp stale air heater boxes.
Split Beetle Taillight Lens seals		$7 pr		Taillight lens seals for early splits with round taillight lenses. These fit perfectly and prevent water from leaking into the light housings and rusting out the bottoms from the inside like is (unfortunately) seen so often.
Battery hold down clips and springs		$24 set		At long last a perfect and affordable source for these often missing parts. Identical to the originals, and new springs to strong enough keep that battery still on the floor. Set of two clips and two springs. An original clip shown in the 2nd picture for comparison.
Battery hold down spring brackets		$9 set		These are the brackets that are welded to the floor pans on either end of the battery location for the hold down springs to attach to. Often missing from later model or replacement pans. They must be securely welded to the floor pan. Price is for a set of two.
